Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days

  • We take the upmost care when packaging your order, to ensure that it arrives to you in the best condition. All cookies are heat wrapped, labelled and placed in an inner box. This is then placed inside a larger box, surrounded by protective packaging and securely sealed.

  • All our orders are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Therefore you should receive your order within 24 hours of it being dispatched.

    Please note: we do not take responsibility for any delays from the courier service

  • We charge £4.95 for a postage fee, this covers the Royal Mail Tracked 24 cost to send your order quickly and efficiently!

Not happy with your order?

  • Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order, for example, the cookie packaging is damaged, open or torn.

  • We do not accept returns, we suggest you dispose of the bakes once you have taken a photo to use as evidence

  • If you would like a refund, please send us an email at whealbakes@yahoo.com with the evidence photos attached and we can discuss the best option
